Agents are colleagues, not features
They get a name, a face and a place in the team. You assign them work, talk to them and review what they did.
About
Milo is made by Avijol Technologies Ltd, a small UK company that has spent years shipping software for clients and teaching people to build it.
We ran a software agency and a training business at the same time. Our days were spread across a tracker, a wiki, a chat app, a whiteboard, a form builder and a help desk. Each one had its own login, its own search and its own list of who was on the team.
Then AI agents arrived, and it got worse. Agents could write code and answer questions, but they lived in yet another tab. Nobody could see what they were working on, who had asked them, or what the work had cost.
So we built one place for both. In Milo, people and agents share the same board, the same docs and the same channels. Agents have names and faces. Their work shows up on the card, with the tokens and the cost beside it.
We build Milo inside Milo. Its stories live on a Milo board, our own agents pick many of them up, and every run shows its cost on the card. If something is awkward for us, we find out first.
One of our own stories. The agent Rick worked on it; the cost sits on the card.
They get a name, a face and a place in the team. You assign them work, talk to them and review what they did.
If an agent spent money on a task, you should see how much without opening a billing console.
High-impact actions wait for a person. There are caps, and there is a kill switch.
A tool you live in for eight hours should show more and decorate less.
Avijol Technologies Ltd is registered in England and Wales. Milo is our product for teams that ship software, from agencies and start-ups to students on their first project.
