Questions
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with 14 days free. You do not need a card to begin. The trial includes all eight products, your whole team and a set amount of AI credits.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan to carry on. If you do not, the workspace becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, and you can still open and export your work. We tell you before anything is removed.
Can we have longer to decide?
Yes. If your team needs more time, ask us and we will extend the trial.
Who counts as a person?
Anyone on your team who creates and edits: staff, interns and contractors. Clients you invite as guests and AI agents never count.
What happens when we hire person 11?
Add a block of 10 people for $50 a month. You stay on Growth, now with room for 20. Scale works the same way above 30.
When should we move from Starter to Growth?
At five people. Growth costs less than five Starter seats and covers up to ten.
How do client guests work?
Invite a client to a specific space, board or document. They can view and comment on what you share and see nothing else.
What is an AI credit?
Credits are how Milo measures AI use, so it reads the same whichever model did the work. Each story still shows its agent runs, so you can see exactly where the credits went.
Are credits shared across the team?
Yes. Credits are one pool for the workspace, and anyone, or any agent, can draw on it. Adding a block of people does not change the pool; Scale has the larger one.
Does story fill use credits?
No. Writing a title and letting Milo draft the acceptance criteria and sub-tasks is free on every plan.
Can we stop AI spend running away?
Yes. Every workspace has spend caps and a kill switch, and long agent runs check the budget before and during the work.
Can we bring our own agents, like Claude Code or Codex?
Yes. Milo runs an MCP server, so outside agents work inside your workspace with the same permissions and audit trail as people.
Can we use our own model keys?
On Enterprise, yes. On other plans Milo provides the models and you pay in credits.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for the year up front and get about two months free: $10 instead of $12 per person on Starter, $49 instead of $59 on Growth, $119 instead of $149 on Scale.
Are prices shown with tax?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and VAT, which are added where they apply.
